Where Every Ride is a Shared Success!
Livingston - Puerto Barrios
Catch the public boat from Livingston’s main dock. While there’s no fixed schedule for departures, the first boat leaves at 5:30 AM punctually. After that, boats depart when they reach full capacity (12 people), approximately every 30 min.
When traveling early, we advise using a taxi (Q 15) for safety reasons.
Puerto Barrios - Guatemala City

Litegua buses take approx. 6 hrs to arrive, and cost Q 125. The price includes 1 luggage (23 Kg) + 1 small carry-on bag. The buses make a stop on the outskirts of Guatemala City, where passengers will be transferred to a minibus that takes them to the terminal in Zona 1.
Due to restrictions, large buses cannot enter the city. The ticket price includes minibus transportation and luggage transfer to the terminal.

The plane only departs on weekdays, with an approx. flight time of 45 min and a cost of around US$ 110. This includes 1 luggage (23 Kg) + 1 small carry-on bag. Passengers must be at the airport at least one hour before departure.

Puerto Barrios - Antigua
Take the first boat to Puerto Barrios, then head to the Litegua Bus station for a bus to Guatemala City. Upon arrival, you can choose to take a local “Chicken bus” to reach Antigua (Q 20).
Please note, the last bus to Antigua departs at 4:30 PM, with a duration of approx. 50 min.
To reach the bus station, you can use an Uber (Q 20) or a white taxi (Q 30 – Q 40).
Puerto Barrios - Quiriguá
After arriving in Puerto Barrios, head to the Litegua Bus station for a bus to Los Amates (Q 125). Upon arrival, take a Tuk tuk to Quiriguá and explore the Ruins, home of the tallest monolith in the Mayan World.

Rio Dulce - Flores (Tikal)

The boat to Rio Dulce docks at Marina Brunos at 10:30 AM. After crossing the parking lot, you’ll find a set of steps to your right. Follow the path to the right, passing a fried chicken shop, until you reach the Fuente del Norte Bus station.
From there, take a bus to Flores (Q 150 | 6 hrs), destination at Santa Elena, Estación del Norte.
You can either take a Tuk tuk ride to Flores Island (Q 10 | 10 min) or walk for 30 min to reach your destination.

Head to the Fuente del Norte Bus Station, pass by the pharmacy, and you’ll reach a parking lot where you can catch the first minibus. Prepare for the following journey:
Rio Dulce – Cadenas Q 20 – Chacte Q 15 – San Luis Q 15 – Poptun Q 15 – Santa Elena Station Q ? – Tuk tuk to Flores Q 10

Upon arrival in Puerto Barrios, make your way to the Litegua Bus station to catch a bus to El Rancho (Q 125 | 4 hrs). There you will find Monja Blanca buses to Coban (Q 50-75 | 3 hrs).
Reaching Coban, take a minibus to Lanquín (Q 25 | 2 hrs).

In Coban, on the same road as the Monja Blanca Bus Station, walk two blocks to the left to find the departure point for minibuses to Lanquín. While there isn’t a designated stop, you’ll see people waiting in this area. This street leads to the main avenue, so there’s no need to go to the central station outside of town.
When arriving to Lanquín, the bus will stop at the designated meeting point, where shuttles provided by the local hotels will arrive to collect you. Please contact your hotel to arrange your pick-up.
