7 Altares & Playa Blanca From Forest to Seashore
Please note, this tour includes visits to both 7 Altares & Playa Blanca – it is not an option to choose only one destination. This tour only will proceed, if there are at least 6 people interested from among all the hotels in Livingston.
The boat leavesat 9.30 AM, from Casa Rosada’s dock. Consider bringing swimwear and suitable footwear to cross the waterfalls. Additionally, one beverage is included with the entrance fee at Playa Blanca.
7 Altares blaze your own trail
Please note, Playa Blanca is situated in the jungle, this beach is exclusively reachable by boat. To experience its beauty, reserve your spot on our tour.
You can reach 7 Altares by taking a tuk tuk ride to the hanging bridge (or 1-hr walk through the Garifuna culture), followed by a 30-min walk along the beach. Consider bringing swimwear and suitable footwear to cross the waterfalls. Around 4:00 PM is when 7 Altares typically closes.
Cueva del Tigre Beneath & Beyond - Caving
We’ll uncover hidden wonders, as exploring the mystery of Tiger Cave, guided by experienced professionals. In addition, the village shaman can conduct an energy cleansing ritual inside the cave. If you wish to partake in this additional service, kindly inform us beforehand.
Consider bringing swimwear, water, comfortable cloth / footwear (to cross the muddy jungle), sun protection, and mosquito repellent. Beverages consumed will be settled at the reception upon return. If you are our guest, the charges will be added to your room bill.

Discover one of the best locations for catching the prized King Fish, where you can participate in either angling or artisanal fishing, the traditional method of the region. The day’s catch will be cooked upon your return in Casa Rosada.
